How to Cure weakness in women
Sleep is the best cure.
Most of the time, if you use the laptop, computer, or mobile more at night, it should not be done because it causes weakness and fatigue in your body. Therefore, it would be best if you always got enough sleep at night. If you get enough sleep at night, it removes weakness and fatigue in your body; in such a situation, women should take at least 8 hours of sleep to overcome weakness. However, if due for some reason, you are not able to get complete sleep at night, then you must take some rest during the day because lack of sleep can not only cause physical weakness but can also cause mental problems.
Use of Basil
