Health Benefits Of Ice Cube:
Whether it is a mango shake or cold-cold lassi, its enjoyment remains incomplete unless ice cubes are present in it. But do you know that ice is not only used to cool the water or enhance the shake’s taste? Ice is also used to remove problems like high fever, prickly heat, and heatstroke. Let us know which situations you can overcome by using ice.
These 5 problems can be overcome by Ice Cube-
high fever-
In case of a high fever, the doctor often advises the patient to keep a cold bandage of ice water on the forehead. By doing this, the body temperature becomes routine, and the fever subsides after some time.
Relief from heat
In summer, people are often troubled by heatstroke. In such a situation, a piece of ice can get you rid of this problem. Therefore, whenever you come into the house from outside, first of all, rub ice cubes on your hands and feet. By doing this, you will get relief from the heat, and the coolness in the body will remain.
Heat rash-
In summer, if you have got prickly heat on the forehead and neck along with your hands and feet, then massage with ice. Doing this cures pimples.
Stomach irritation-
If there is a burning problem in the stomach due to eating more spicy food, immediately drink cold water with ice. It helps quickly.
Sprain-
If your foot has sprained and swollen due to a sudden leg twist, then ice can also help you heal it. Rubbing ice on the sprained place removes the problem of swelling.
In case something got stuck in the body-
Often, while doing household chores, a wooden stick gets stuck in my hand. The fiber of the wooden rope is so thin that sometimes it is not easy to remove, even by hand. In such a situation, if you keep a piece of ice on the place hanging for two minutes, then that place will become numb, and the trap will come out quickly.
So now you know that ice cubes are not just simply made for putting into drinks.
It has rather very vast usage apart from consuming it.
